My top three goals were to reduce stress, figure out which foods would heal my digestive issues, and launch my health coaching business. Mary was able to help me work toward these goals by taking the time to listen to me about what was going on in my life. Between work, school, my business, and my family, I felt like I was going nonstop and only making my stress even worse. Mary helped me to see that not everything had to get done all at once.
